In the case of a complaint, in the first instance please contact us and explain the issue, any complaint will be given our full attention and priority.
In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
