Existing lighting columns at this busy retail park car park in Reading had a failed electrical supply that could not be replaced without laying new cables in trenches. As an interim solution; solar powered column heads were sourced and installed. The solar streetlights have multiple settings for differing hours of use to maximise the range of the internal batteries.
