EICR and Remedial Works –
We were approached by a new customer in Wargrave to carry out a full Electrical Condition Report of a Grade 2 listed property. The customer had concerns after the neighbouring property had suffered a fire due to an electrical fault, and felt that their own property’s electrical installation was in need of a thorough check and upgrade.
The property had not been inspected since its original installation was fitted over 30 years ago. Thankfully no immediate fire risks were found, but various other issues with circuits, distribution equipment and the property’s earthing were identified, and reported. A schedule of electrical repairs and upgrades was prepared, and works completed successfully.
